We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager with solid experience in managing company finances, including P&L and cash flow, and a background in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industry
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and reviewing all accounting and finance reports, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Managing and ensuring accurate month-end closing processes.
- Leading the accounting team to ensure effective performance and collaboration.
- Providing strategic financial guidance and support to senior management.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Background in audit, preferably from a reputable audit firm.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance within the retail, beauty, or hospitality industries.
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards for both PAEs and nPAEs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
