Our client is a leading hospital for beauty surgery.
Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements and presenting them to the manager for consideration before presenting to the executives about the operating results and suggestions for improvement.
- Being responsible for costing, providing advice for any relates to profit and loss such as promotion, etc.
- Overseeing accounting records, checking and monitoring accounting operations from the beginning of accounting records until closing accounts.
- Overseeing tax payments and tax remittances, and coordinating with the Revenue Department auditors in providing accounting information.
- Developing a system to verify the accuracy of each related account and any unusual items.
- Verifying and compiling various reports related to accounting, such as KPI reports, invoice receipt reports, material receipt inspection reports, and commissions.
- Assisting in preparing financial statements, profit and loss statements, asset accounts, and inventory.
- Screening monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy before submitting them to the accounting manager.
- Handling other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-loop accounting.
- Experience from hospital or clinic business or has audit background for the hospital.
- Knowledge of Costing is preferable.
- Has CPD is preferable.
- Highly responsible and committed, honest, and able to solve immediate problems well.
- Able to use Excel well.
