Job Summary
The Head of Logistics and Industrial for Thailand will lead logistics and industrial real estate services, focusing on client engagement, market growth, and seamless project delivery. This role requires a client-facing professional with a strong technical background and proven experience in business development. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration with regional teams, guiding projects from client pitch through to handover with the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Business Development
- Developing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals, confidently pitching to secure new business.
- Fostering strong client relationships to drive repeat business, focusing on engagement and retention.
- Expanding business reach through proactive cross-pollination, building new client networks, and deepening existing accounts within the logistics and industrial sectors.
- Establishing MOUs, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure contracts align with client expectations.
- Technical Due Diligence and Land Acquisition
- Leading technical due diligence and feasibility assessments to support land acquisitions that meet project standards and client requirements.
- Providing insights on property suitability, logistics efficiency, and operational viability.
- Cross-functional and Regional Collaboration
- Working closely with regional teams to integrate cross-functional expertise, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Acting as a key link between clients and project teams to ensure smooth project transitions and effective delivery.
- Project Pitches and Win Strategies
- Formulating and implementing strategies to secure new projects, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities in logistics and industrial real estate.
- Leading the presentation of technical solutions, emphasizing the organization’s expertise and industry leadership.
- Market Insight and Proposal Development
- Analyzing trends within logistics and industrial markets, crafting data-driven proposals that align with client objectives.
- Developing competitive proposals that meet client needs and elevate the organization’s positioning in the Thai market.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial and logistics real estate, with a focus on business development and client relations.
- Solid technical knowledge, particularly in land acquisition, due diligence, and project feasibility.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage, present, and influence clients.
- Proven success in cross-functional and regional teamwork.
- Skilled in managing negotiations, MOUs, and contractual terms to initiate successful projects.
