Our client is the metal sheet roofing leader in Thailand & CLMV. They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market dynamics.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth transition of projects to the operational teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Business Development field within the Construction industry.
- Possesses own car and a valid driving license.
- Established connections with business owners, factories, or related sectors.
- Strong learning ability and adaptability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English communication (written, oral, and presentation).
