Responsibilities
- Communicating, and providing necessary information to serve customer purposes.
- Creating prospects/markets to initiate sales activities according to sales strategy.
- Expanding sales channels by providing knowledge competency to served markets.
- Duly submitting accurate weekly/monthly sales reports to support the Sales Manager.
- Preparing proposals ensuring to meet customer needs and perform with an appropriate follow-up.
- Being able to present professionally in customer meetings, events, and exhibitions, etc.
- Maintaining good relations and gaining satisfaction from customers.
- Being involved in dealing with customers’ complaints.
- Managing to achieve individual sales targets every month.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering.
- Background from working in air conditioning, HVAC systems, and chiller plants will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in the sales field and also with general contractors on project sites will be an advantage.
- Good command of English (speaking and writing).
