Responsibilities
- Caring primarily for Foreign and Chinese patients
- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Schedule shifts, manage workload distribution, and ensure adequate staffing to meet service level objectives.
- Handle escalated or complex customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee services provided to patients.
- Communicate regularly with patients and relevant stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and customer needs.
- Conduct training sessions for customer service staff on service standards, communication skills, conflict resolution, and relevant systems.
- Implement quality assurance measures, service standards, and performance metrics to evaluate team performance and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field.
- Proven experience in customer service management or supervisory role, preferably in a health or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both speaking, reading and writing, with a strong customer focus.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
- Able to work on days when holidays do not fall on Saturdays or Sundays.

- Place: Phetchaburi Rd. / Pratunam (Near BTS Ploen Chit)
- Working days: Work 5 days, 2 days off (off days do not include Saturdays and Sundays).
- Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30
