Job Description
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, screening, and interviewing, to onboarding new hires.
- Maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Acting as a strategic partner with managers and teams to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Providing advice on people management aspects such as organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Supporting employee performance management, including evaluations and recommendations for development.
- Promoting and supporting employee development through training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Experience in Recruitment at least 3 years
- Good command of English
- Active/Extrovert
