Responsibilities

  • Developing operational strategies for growth and long-term profitability; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards; implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Leading the project management team, ensuring effective coordination across departments; creating detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Continuously evaluating workflows to enhance efficiency and quality; collaborate with departments to integrate process improvements.
  • Setting operational targets and budget forecasts; managing the operations budget and overseeing P&L statements for properties.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations; implementing strategies to mitigate operational risks.
  • Leading and supporting a team of operations professionals; fostering a positive, collaborative work environment; and implementing training programs for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 10-15+ years of senior operational management experience, preferably in real estate: Mix-Used project, Community, Commercial project.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, People Management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and relevant management software.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Good English Level, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
