We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager with over 10 years of experience in quality management within the Food & Beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the quality control systems to ensure that our products meet all safety, regulatory, and customer standards. The role will require close collaboration with production, procurement, and R&D teams to uphold the highest levels of product quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.).
  • Leading the quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the entire production cycle.
  • Ensuring all products meet customer and regulatory standards, including local and international food safety laws.
  • Conducting regular internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Managing the non-conformance process and leading root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Overseeing the testing and quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Collaborating with the R&D team on new product development to ensure quality and safety standards are met from concept to launch.
  • Training and mentoring the quality team on proper procedures, new regulations, and best practices.
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and leading the company through external audits and inspections.
  • Continuously improve the quality management system by monitoring performance metrics and initiating improvements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and new technology related to food safety and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in quality management roles within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, etc.).
  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Ability to manage external relationships with regulatory bodies and customers.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
