Our client is a precision optical, electro-optical, sophisticated electronic PCBA, and electro-mechanical process technologies producer.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing financial analysis on the forecast and operating results.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing weekly, monthly & quarterly business unit revenue and performance to identify gaps and recommend remedial measures.
- Building strong analysis skills, planning and prioritising larger and more complex tasks – month-end closing, quarterly and monthly business unit’s financial P&L forecast, and Annual Operation Budgeting (AOP).
- Managing the inventory accounts receivable, and payable position of the respective business unit to ensure the assets are turning in line with the Company’s objective.
- Performing annual periodic physical inventory and working with warehouse and inventory team for variance reconciliation.
- Working with the business unit engineering team to provide a quarterly CAPEX budget and advise the fixed asset team for timely capitalization, impairment, and disposal of fixed assets.
- Handling alignment of financial reporting to US GAAP, and SOX compliance and ensuring the integrity and documentation of all financial reporting associated with the operation team.
- Liaising with Business Unit Leader (BU), Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Auditor, and External Auditors.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
- 25-35 years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related to Audit experience.
- At least 3 years of Auditor experience from an audit firm.
- Good experience in Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP).
- Having experience in auditing in the trading or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Thai rules and regulations related to taxes and finance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
