Job Description

Our client is one of the well-known luxury hotels located in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Being accountable for maintenance concerns within the hotel, restaurants, and bars.
• Carrying out daily inspections throughout the hotel, restaurants, and bars.
• Executing lift emergency release protocols as necessary.
• Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing mechanical systems within the hotel, restaurants, and bars.
• Fostering positive relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Overseeing the upkeep of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure safe conditions, addressing any hazards promptly.
• Developing, implementing, and leading all emergency procedures.
• Establishing and managing energy-saving programs across the property to reduce costs.
• Coordinating renovation bids, outlining project costs and scope, and supervising the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality results.
• Completing special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
• Being responsible for the health and safety standards of the hotel.
• Ensuring monthly safety audits are conducted and staff are adequately trained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering, electrical engineering or relevant fields.
• 10 years of working experience with a proven record of successful projects in luxury hotels.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Previous experience in a management role.
