Job Description

The Warrantee Officer will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of all warranty-related activities.  

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
• Communicating effectively with customers, dealers, and internal departments regarding warranty issues.
• Analyzing warranty data to identify trends and potential product improvements.
• Maintaining detailed records of all warranty claims and resolutions.
• Assisting in developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with various departments to resolve complex warranty issues.
• Preparing regular reports on warranty activities and performance metrics.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
• Ability to work on alternate Saturdays (every other Saturday).
