Job Description
The Warrantee Officer will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of all warranty-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Processing and managing warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
- Communicating effectively with customers, dealers, and internal departments regarding warranty issues.
- Analyzing warranty data to identify trends and potential product improvements.
- Maintaining detailed records of all warranty claims and resolutions.
- Assisting in developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve complex warranty issues.
- Preparing regular reports on warranty activities and performance metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
- Ability to work on alternate Saturdays (every other Saturday).
