Job Description

  • Implementing marketing plans (Offline and Online) and strategies for products under responsibility to attract consumers and compete in the market.
  • Analyzing market, competitors, and customers via market survey and research to understand consumers and the market for developing marketing strategy and plan.
  • Overseeing and controlling P&L and A&P to ensure on profit-oriented focus.
  • Initiating and developing marketing strategy to set up on direction of product, channel and consumer focus which is based on insight from consumer and market data.
  • Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and communication concepts and activities.
  • Being responsible for new product development and launch on promised time.
  • Overseeing and controlling P&L and A&P to ensure on profit-oriented focus.
  • Working closely with the advertising agency and overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Cooperating and working with the trade marketing team, to monitor the effectiveness of the new marketing program.

Qualifications

  • Male or Female, not over 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA, or other related fields.
  • More than 3-5 years in the marketing field or brand management in the FMCG business is a must.
    • Having experience from B2B Business, and proven market research experience is an advantage.
    • Good in the English language, Creative, analytical, Logical and problem-solving.
  • Active and skilled in interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Good analysis, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
