Job Description
Our client is trading, producing, exporting, and distributing fresh fruits, vegetables and food, as well as processed products in Thailand.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Working with the International Sales Supervisor on any related sales issue in the assigned market.
- Coordinate Export Operations: Facilitating the end-to-end export process, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and tracking.
- Documentation and Compliance: Preparing and reviewing export documents and other essential paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export control laws.
- Customer Support: Serving as a point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries, providing shipping updates, and resolving any issues related to export orders.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the export process.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks and challenges in the export process, such as customs delays, transportation issues, or regulatory changes.
- Monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Collaborating with supporting functions to lead and execute projects proposed to customers.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Having experience and understanding Export Food Business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A relevant qualification or degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a similar area is preferred.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, trade compliance programs, and export licensing is a plus.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, as well as the ability to manage many priorities and fulfil deadlines.
- Customer-driven mindset and can-do attitude.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel and work at the Samut Sakhon plant office.
- Ability to occasionally travel for business abroad as business needs.
- Excellent command of English with computer literacy.
- Able to communicate well in Chinese (Read/Write/Speak).
- At least 1 year of experience in international sales.
