Currently, they are looking for Welding Manager to be a part of their team, the details are below.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all welding activities across the company.
• Supervising and training welding staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Developing and implementing welding procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Inspecting welded components to ensure they meet specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshooting welding issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining inventory of welding equipment and supplies.
• Staying updated on the latest welding technologies and best practices.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in welding management or supervision.
• Proficient in various welding techniques.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, VISIO, and MAXIMO.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Working days: Monday - Saturday (2 Saturdays / month).
