The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Manager who will be overseeing all channels to join the team with plug and play mindset.

Job Description

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team across all sales channels.
  • Setting clear sales targets and objectives, ensuring the team is aligned with company goals.
  • Regularly reviewing team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and growth strategies within various channels (TT, MT, CVS, HoReCa, special channels).
  • Managing the sales budget, overseeing and analysing sales P&L, and identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
  • Adjusting sales strategies based on market insights and competitive landscape.
  • Tracking sales performance across all channels and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Using data and analytics to evaluate sales strategies and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management from the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and P&L.
  • A good command of spoken and written English is a must.
