Job Objective

• Support R&D Sr. Scientist - Flavor&Seasoning -Asia BU to deliver seasoning as aligned in Product Design Brief (Briefcase)

Job Scope         

• Conducting sample evaluation sessions with the project team (PD, Sensory, Procurement & Marketing counterparts).
• Requesting support documents from suppliers as per Techinical Stage Gate requirment for example:
  • COA
  • Allergen List
  • Sodium content, etc. 
• Handling further work after project team has identified the seasoning for launch.
  • Managing to get scale-up seasoning as per project timeline.
  • Requesting for Technical data for PLS (Product List Specification).
  • Requesting for seasoning specification set up.
• Assisting documentation colleagues to maintain well-being of seasoning documentation.
• Requesting suppliers to add flavor into FlavourBank.
• Generating the seasoning list from FlavourBank for the Lift & Shift project.
• Requesting the samples (prototypes/seasoning) from suppliers.

Qualifications 

• Degree In Food Sciences/Chemistry/Culinary, minumum B.Sc.
• 3 years experience in a Product Development/ Quality assurance in FMCG, Flavor houses or QFS.
• Knowledge about product development and food ingredient, basic regulatory, specificaiton.
• Ability to working with ingredient technical information / data.
• Good skills in working on Excel and databases.
• Fluent in English.
