Our client is looking for a Hospital Manager. This role involves managing staff, implementing policies, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring the hospital’s financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily hospital operations, including clinical and administrative departments, to ensure smooth functioning and quality care.
  • Implementing and managing hospital policies, procedures, and protocols by regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensuring hospital services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Supervising hospital staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Fostering a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and staff engagement.
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing levels across departments and managing scheduling and rotations.
  • Ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Addressing patient complaints and concerns promptly, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Monitoring patient satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance the patient experience.
  • Developing and managing the hospital’s budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  • Ensuring the hospital complies with all healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Preparing the hospital for accreditation inspections and audits.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and implementing necessary updates in hospital practices.
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies.
  • Identifying potential risks to the hospital and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are in place and regularly reviewed.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic goals for hospital growth and service expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hospital management or healthcare administration.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
