Job Description
- Providing service and customer support during field visits.
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks for injection moulding machines.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Producing timely and detailed service reports.
- Documenting processes.
- Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization.
- Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Building positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ proven field service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Technical education and experience in injection moulding business, blow moulding or extrusion is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good in English (Speaking, Reading, Listening & Writing).
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills, and good service mind.
- Self-Motivated.
- Being flexible, adapting to and working around any unexpected work schedule changes
- Able to read technical drawings, electric & hydraulic diagram.
- Have his/her own private car.
- Good in MS office skills.
- Lives in Chonburi or Rayong.
