Job Details
- Being responsible for revenue from the Promoter & Beauty Advisor team.
- Being responsible for recruiting the best BA in town to achieve company targets.
- Ensuring best-in-class visibility and displays in store.
- Analyzing reports and data to identify opportunities and align sales plan & BA objectives, with brand strategy and company policy.
- Achieving sales targets, increasing gross margin and market share for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in top FMCG companies.
- Good Leadership skills to recruit, train & manage the BA team.
- Effective in-market execution and in-store displays.
- Analytical skills to identify opportunities.
- Excellent command of English. Spoken and Written.
- Passion, Positive attitude & Achievement Oriented.
