Senior Recruitment Consultant will be provided with full training regarding all aspects of PRTR’s recruitment business with the role being divided into the following key areas of responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and clients.
- Meeting sales and recruitment targets through a proactive approach
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Providing interview coaching and resume feedback to candidates.
- Managing candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
- Following up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition into new roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience as a Sales in B2B Business or Recruitment role are preferable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficient in using recruitment management software.
- Able to communicate in English.
- An outgoing personality and cheerful character.
- Well-organized and customer-oriented.
