Job Description
- Handling onsite surveys for risk systems of customers conducting loss prevention surveys, and issuing survey reports to assist the underwriting and marketing department in making the right decision to set the appropriate premium, terms and conditions.
- Creating monthly report performance of all survey activities to risk management manager.
- Supporting risk management department to ensure and create the prices services to specific clients chosen by marketing team.
- Supporting risk management department to improve all kinds of services for internal and external clients.
- Completing some administrative tasks as assigned by the risk management manager.
Qualifications
- 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in Risk Assessment Engineering, Design Building Systems, Office systems, BTS, MRT, or related fields.
- Knowledge of building systems or experience in designing systems will be considered a plus.
- Proficient in English (for documents such as reports and emails) or a TOEIC score of 550+ is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems, Air Ducts, Fire Protection Systems, Fire Alarms, Elevators, etc.
- Ability to travel for site inspections within Bangkok and surrounding areas, including occasional travel to other provinces (overnight stays may be required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Working days and hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Flexible time.
