Our client is a leading wholesale travel agency offering convenient end-to-end travel services.

They are now looking for a suitable qualified candidate to join them in the Corporate Sales Manager - B2B (Travel Agency) position.

Job Description

  • Preparing and presenting analysis and reporting on business trends, market conditions, and customer base as needed to DOS for assigned markets and businesses.
  • Creating and executing customized account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
  • Following up on all business inquiries and leads and qualifying businesses to generate revenue to impact revenue performance.
  • Identifying and targeting customers from assigned markets that will generate business on behalf of the company
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment.
  • Participating in local group/meetings organizations as needed for the job
  • Creating and executing account plans for two accounts and making recommendations regarding pricing, yield management, segment production, sales activities, etc. and managing the annual RFP process for each targeted account including account and market intelligence and pricing recommendations to maximize profitability and secure travel program inclusion.
  • Liaising and strengthening relationships with accounts to drive business and increase market share.
  • Maintaining thorough and complete product knowledge and in-depth understanding of Advantages/Benefits.
  • Understanding and maximising the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems (GDS) involved with corporate negotiated and travel industry business.
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

  • 30-40 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Having experience in Corporate Sales for 5 years in the industry (Prefer Travel or Hospitality industry).
  • Proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Fares, ticketing, and GDS Knowledge (highly desirable.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Travel or TMCs is strongly regarded.
  • Management skills.
  • Significant leadership and strategic management experience coupled with experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven problem-solving ability with creative skillfulness.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
