Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Leading and managing the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and setting up operational processes.
  • Ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction across all areas.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinating with department heads to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
  • Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, with direct experience in pre-opening.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proactive person, hands-on as well as strong management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in both Bangkok and Phuket.
