Job Description
- Handling customer care.
- Handling logistics tasks (mainly support only for import).
- Dealing with shipping and internal team.
- Creating documents support.
- Coordinating with team sales, customers and logistics, and overseas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience in Customer care with some experience in logistics team (Import).
- Support and Coordinate with the sales team to support customer requests and historical sales data.
- Commercially minded and outcome-oriented.
- Good in English.
- The work location is at Rama 3.
