Job Description
- Preparing a monthly construction cash flow forecast for the FA Department.
- Preparing supplier/contractor payments with the correct budget and managing payments to pay on time.
- Recording construction payments in ERP Software (Unifier and SAP) on time.
- Preparing accrued expenses and reporting to the FA Department.
- Following up with a contractor for BG extension.
- Filing Variation Orders Documentation.
- Scanning all documents related to payment and filing in SharePoint.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties.
- Handling other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Age between 25-40 years old.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the Construction or Real Estate Industry, Accounting, and Taxation Knowledge.
