Responsibilities
- Coordinating with customers and shipping agents.
- Tracking shipment status and providing relevant information to customers.
- Preparing necessary documentation for shipping (invoice, PO, etc.).
- Resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining and nurturing good relationships with customers.
- Handling other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- 24 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication skills in English.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Customer Service or related field in the freight forwarder (shipping) industry.
- If use SOP Program is a plus.
