Our client is a leading medical device company.
Key Responsibilities
- Keying in all daily journal transactions in SAP (AR, AP, GL).
- Handling Fixed Assets (Registration and calculate depreciation).
- Maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
- Creating vendor master & customer.
- Preparing a full set of monthly financial statement reports. Summarizing financial status by collecting information, and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Preparing and submitting TC Package reports monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
- Checking the accuracy of all Tax reports and making tax filing submissions - PND.3, 53, PP.30, PND.51/PND.50 to the Revenue Department.
- Preparing cash flow projections, to strengthen the finance procedure and find sources to invest excess cash according to the company's policy.
- Preparing Inventory reports and making journal adjustments related to Cost variance allocation to each Business Unit.
- Analyzing and reviewing financial statements, recommending appropriate budget levels and ensuring expenditure control.
- Analyzing on Cashflow management to maintain cash.
- Supporting all accounting details to do forecast and budget.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in the Accounting field including Financial closing.
- Experience in SAP.
- Strong critical thinking, communication skills, analytical skills, clinical skills & presentation skills.
- High level of motivation and strong record of high-level performance.
- Good scientific knowledge and computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- English Communicable.
