Job Description

Our client's business is EV Solution Provider's charging hardware and software leader.

They are looking for an Accounting Officer (AR) to join their company.

Job Responsibilities

• Being responsible for receivable accounting records and ensuring that all receivable transactions are recorded efficiently and accurately.
• Recording all accounts receivable and collection transactions to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly accounts receivable closing.
• Following up and expediting debt collection.
• Preparing receipts and tax invoices and recording payment transactions.
• Following up on tax withholding certificates (PND 53) from customers.
• Preparing reconciliation reports for customers, banks, and other related accounts.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
