Our client is a trading company. They are looking for Accounting Supervisor to join ASAP in Amata City Chonburi IE, Panthong, Chonburi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Account Payable (AP)

• AP aging report
• Prepare payment plans for proper and timely management and balance that follows the structure and billing condition of the company.
• Prepare billing based on company conditions.

• Purchase VAT

• Prepare and input VAT report compare with G/L in SAP.
• Support submitted in the Revenue Department System.

• Withholding Tax

• Prepare Withholding Tax report compare with G/L in SAP.
• Support submitted in the Revenue Department System.

• Fixed Asset Report and BOI Report

• Prepare Fixed Asset Register report compare with G/L in SAP.

Qualifications:   

• Bachelor in Accounting/ Financial
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Good command of English
• Familiar with SAP and input report in English
• Detail-oriented and honest
• Must be able to work on Monday – Friday and 2-3 Saturdays per month (depends on calendar)
• Certified CPD is a plus
