Our client is a manufacturing of automotive part.
Responsibilities
- Handling the customer claim investigation and analysis of the problem and advise problem-solving for product fault.
- Communicating with the team to consolidate feedback to customers for the root cause and corrective action.
- Communicating to the team for material quality issues to acknowledge and follow up for corrective action.
- Visiting suppliers to follow up on corrective action or new sourcing suppliers.
- Creating the new product quality planning and preparing quality standards available.
- Developing and implementing quality standards.
- Developing quality inspection records.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Handling quality improvement projects.
- Involving quality audit and improvement with the team.
- Creating on-the-job training for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Higher level.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge Analysis thinking, Problem-solving, Root cause analysis, Measuring method, Effective Communication, PPAP requirement.
- Self-motivated, Interpersonal, Positive Thinking, Teamwork.
- Good Command in English.
