Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the entire Supply Chain Process (SPC) for our automotive parts division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain, including customer service, planning, warehouse operations, and logistics. The role requires an individual with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in the QAD system and ERP systems. The Supply Chain Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products while maintaining high customer satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring all activities align with the company’s objectives and customer requirements.
- Continuously analyzing and optimizing the supply chain for improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for supply chain-related issues.
- Developing and implementing demand forecasting strategies to ensure the availability of the right quantity of products to meet customer demands.
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper storage of automotive parts.
- Continuously monitoring and improving warehouse processes to reduce costs and enhance overall efficiency.
- Continuously monitoring and improving supply chain performance through KPIs and data analysis.
- Leading cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements across all areas of the supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, with a preference for experience with the QAD system.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
