Job Description

Our client is machinery part for food & packaging business.

The Regional Sales / Business Development Executive will be responsible for the functions below:

  • Providing commercial and technical support to our customers based in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore and the Philippines both at our client office in Chonburi and at the customer’s site.
  • Working closely with our agents and distributors in the region.
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve company sales revenue and profit, especially in the packaging and non-woven industries.
  • Maintain and increase current account business while proactively seeking and creating new business.
  • Building long-term, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Working closely with a team of Sales Managers, Technical Support and Customer Support Representatives to ensure first-class service and the right product for their needs.
  • Liaising with our local Technical Support and a global Engineering Team to accurately convey technical requirements.
  • Providing reports to the line Manager regarding customer visits, sales activities and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales and Business Development of machinery parts, and machinery tools for food & packaging businesses.
  • Regional experience in managing a customer (Agents /Distributors) in SEA.
  • Able to provide technical support to customers and develop a relationship with existing customers.
  • Fluent in English communication / English is a must.
  • Flexible to travelling overseas.
  • Proactive and well-organized.
