We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our client who possesses extensive experience in a senior financial management role. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting while driving strategies that support growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identifying and managing financial risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Overseeing cash flow management and financing arrangements.
• Supervising and directing the finance and accounting teams.
• Evaluating investment opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Building and leading a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, and experience as Chief Finance Officer preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and develop strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
