Our client is a global 3PL logistics service provider.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing warehouse operations to keep smooth and KPI achievement.
- Controlling expense costs in the warehouse department.
- Monitoring overall warehouse operations activities.
- Leading and driving improvement process flow and standardization of operating procedures.
- Planning for daily operation during peak season operation
- Controlling inventory levels and supervising the accuracy of the inventory.
- Controlling manpower and budget in the responsible area.
- Managing the warehouse space
- Contacting and coordinating with customers.
- Coordinating with internal and external.
- Coordinating transport operations activities within the customer of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, warehouse and distribution, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- At least 7 years experience in operation or supply chain role and at least 3 experiences years at the management level.
- Good command of English.
- Good leadership skills.
- Previous Management experience.
- Good attitude and self-motivation.
- Analyst & problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of requirements operating warehouse.
- Ability to work under pressure / tight deadlines as a team and be able to work independently.
