Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve company and organizational goals effectively.
- Overseeing and coordinating working processes to ensure seamless collaboration with other functions.
- Managing expectations at all levels, both upward (senior management) and downward (team members).
- Developing, planning, and initiating deliverables to ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs.
- Overseeing and reviewing the budget preparation, submission, and approval process.
- Analyzing and reviewing performance management reports to identify key areas for improvement.
- Collaborating and engaging with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and support overall company objectives.
- Conducting in-depth investment feasibility analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Synchronizing and streamlining processes with key stakeholders, including factories, marketing, procurement, logistics, accounting, and other related functions.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in financial management and controlling roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Good command of English.
