Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing HR processes and operations in Thailand. This role will manage the in-house payroll for approximately 50 employees, act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting key stakeholders and the General Manager, and handle talent acquisition. The HR Manager will also focus on internal communication, employee relations, and engagement. This role is positioned as a successor for regional HR management across Southeast Asia (SEA).

Key Responsibilities

  • General HR Operations: Ensuring hands-on management of HR operations, and maintaining a high level of organizational effectiveness.
  • Establish HR Processes and Operations: Working independently to develop and implement HR processes and operations tailored for the Thailand office.
  • Payroll Management: Managing the in-house payroll for approximately 50 employees in Thailand, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Supporting key stakeholders and the General Manager by providing strategic HR advice and solutions, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters, and fostering strong relationships across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Handling talent acquisition activities for the Thailand office, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates.
  • Internal Communication and Employee Relations:
    • Fostering effective internal communication with employees, enhancing employee relations and engagement.
    • Implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in HR management, particularly in establishing and managing HR processes.
  • Familiarity with complex organizations and the ability to navigate and thrive in such environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
