Job Description and Responsibilities
- Having a specialization in Talent Development and Leadership Management function. Identifying training and development needs; designing and expanding training and development programs; developing effective orientation courses; managing the delivery of training and development programs; evaluating the satisfaction, etc.
- E2E to execute regular performance, keeping track of Performance Mgmt. circle and providing Performance Appraisal guidance to staffs.
- Managing Competencies and Qualification Management.
- Being responsible for integrated solutions to improve employee capabilities and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 3 years related experience, of which 2 years experience in L&D, performance or competency module.
- Good knowledge of performance management systems, L&D, competency assessment, and formulation of HR strategy aligned to corporate business.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal achievement, self-motivation, Responsibility, Adaptability to change, Teamwork and Well-organized.
- Computer literacy, especially in Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Good Command of Chinese (HSK 5 250+).
