We are seeking a talented conversational experience designer with a proven track record of developing customer-centric dialogue solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of customer behaviour and the ability to create engaging intuitive conversational interactions. Fluency in both Thai and English is a must for this role. Responsibilities

  • Developing conversational systems to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
  • Collaborating with various teams to gather project requirements and transform them into conversation designs.
  • Managing and optimising intents, entities, and dialogue structures for seamless interactions.
  • Testing and reviewing conversational systems to identify and fix potential issues.
  • Ensuring that the customer experience aligns with brand tone and voice guidelines and protecting sensitive information and customer privacy.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in building conversational applications.
  • Strong knowledge of NLP methods and techniques.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
