- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to extract essential information.
- Documenting clear, concise, and unambiguous business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Creating process flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups to illustrate system functionality.
- Analyzing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Working closely with QA teams to define test cases and validate that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Coordinating and supporting clients during UAT to ensure that the delivered solutions meet their expectations and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, technical writing, and experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Proficiency with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills should be well-versed in speaking English.
- Having HIS knowledge.
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM (on site).
