Our client is a manufacturer of plastic injection parts.

The work location is in Pinthong Industrial Estate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Training
    • Developing an organization's annual learning and development plan.
    • Creating a training road map.
    • Following up to drive individual development programs successfully.
    • Developing and conducting an on-boarding program.
  • Performance Management
    • Developing and implementing performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Training employees on performance management best practices.
    • Creating JD & Job responsibility to maximize the performance.
  • Talent Development and Succession Planning
    • Identifying high-potential employees and creating individual development plans to support their growth.
    • Designing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
    • Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
    • Conducting surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
  • Talent Analytics and Reporting
    • Developing and maintaining talent metrics and dashboards to track key talent management indicators.
    • Analyzing talent data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Preparing regular reports and presentations for HR Managers on talent management initiatives and outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies, competencies frameworks, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in talent management, including performance management, and succession planning.
