Job Description

  • Project Cost Management

    • Leading the preparation and management of project budgets, cost plans, and estimates for super luxury condominium projects.
    • Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints.

  • Contract Management

    • Managing and understanding international contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
    • Overseeing contract administration, focusing on procurement processes, including direct purchasing of materials and services.

  • Tendering and Procurement

    • Leading the tendering process by preparing tender documentation, evaluating submissions, and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
    • Coordinating with the procurement team for the direct purchase of project materials and services in line with project specifications.

  • Collaboration and Communication

    • Working closely with clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring project objectives align with client expectations.
    • Effectively communicating in English to collaborate with expatriates and stakeholders involved in the project.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in both Consulting Engineering and Property Development sectors.
    • Extensive experience working on super luxury condominium projects.
    • Proficiency in managing international contracts and direct purchasing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of FIDIC and other international construction contracts.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to coordinate with expat teams.
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-value contracts.
