Job Description
- Initiating strategies for social media content.
- Arranging weekly meetings with TM and the business unit for content idea creation.
- Developing monthly social media content plan.
- Developing performance reports to the Marketing Communication Manager resulting from social media data, e-campaign performance, e-market research, and social listening.
- Monitoring, assessing impact, and identifying solutions to grow target audience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with a proven record in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing various digital media platforms e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Youtube. LinkedIn will be an advantage.
- Experience in planning across digital platforms including understanding target audience demographics, behaviour, and placements for maximum reach and impact.
- Copywriting and ability to tailor content for different digital platforms, incorporating brand essence and best practices of each platform.
- Online campaign optimization. Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting strategies.
- Hands-on experience in campaign development and execution
- SEO experience for improving organic search ranking.
