Our client is a leading manufacturer of electric devices.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
• Supervising and leading a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
• Managing inventory levels, including maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Training new warehouse staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Preparing and submitting reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role or similar leadership position.
• Proven experience in overseeing and managing warehouse staff.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team of warehouse staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A valid forklift operator's license is a plus.
