Responsibilities

• Supervising Finance & Accounting Officer.
• Conducting the daily operations of the Accounting Department (AP, AR and GL).
• Checking the accuracy of supporting documents and account entries.
• Controlling processes related to VAT and W/H tax transactions.
• Performing month-end and year-end processes - accounts payable/payment, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Performing bank reconciliation and all balance sheet reconciliation.
• Processing monthly payments.
• Controlling the petty cash.
• Applying knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Submitting finance and accounting documents to related government firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall Accounting and Finance work experience including BOI, VAT claim, import & export VAT/Tax.
• Coming from the manufacturing industry with 2,000 transactions per year.
• Familiar with international transactions and interaction with branches outside of Thailand.
• Familiar with SAP for accounting use or other accounting systems.
• Communicative in English (used for doing reports and communicating internally).
• CPD is preferred.
