Responsibilities

  • Being defined as a strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company and the financial community and other constituencies, which ultimately contributes to a company’s securities valuation. Investor Relations provide present & potential investors with an accurate portrayal of the company’s performance and prospects, as well, as serve as a conduit for providing market intelligence to corporate management.
  • Contacting the CFO and developing/maintaining relationships with investors and analysts, monitoring and providing feedback on the company's reports.
  • Ensuring quality control of all IR products, including the investor relations sections of the company website.
  • Serving as the primary spokesperson to articulate the company's strategy, financial results, business operations, growth opportunities, and other important information to external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments, such as Finance, Public Relations, and Compliance, to complete environmental, social, and governance (ESG) questionnaires and other sustainability questionnaires.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Commercial, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years in management-level Investor Relations from the listed firm.
  • Strong understanding of SEC and SET regulations, along with excellent financial and business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and public presentation, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in communication in English both writing and speaking.
  • Demonstrated agility, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure, combined with a high level of integrity and business ethics.
  • Act as spokesperson of internal to communicate with investment communities.
