Job Description

• Handling legal consulting services such as lease agreements, sales contracts, and joint venture agreements.
• Handling company registration services including registration for housing projects, condominiums, commercial registration, and intellectual property registration.
• Creating legal document drafting and contract management including drafting, revising, and preparing contracts related to the company's business both internally and externally.
• Being the company secretarial tasks overseeing the activities of the company's board of directors to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Negotiating disputes, litigation, and debt recovery tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or higher.
• Have 5 years of experience working in real estate.
• Holds a valid license.
