Our client is a major in Oil & Gas Company.
Responsibilities
- Being accountable for monitoring product quality and maintaining regular contact with OEM suppliers; Observing manufacturing progress and conducting routine on-site inspections at suppliers by product standards.
- Providing timely feedback to superiors based on factory operations, and logistics, to ensure production tasks are completed properly.
- Collecting and analysing factory production and data reports; Participating in comprehensive evaluations of the factory.

- According to the demand and the circumstance of the inventory, raise the application of the purchase order.
- Following up on the PO, send the purchasing orders & specifications to the OEM supplier, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicating with OEM suppliers and product design companies, to ensure OEM suppliers get all components promptly.
- Verifying suppliers’ invoices, submitting payment requests and follow-up payments.
- Preparing RFQ for materials, comparing the cost and advising the most suitable supplier.
- Regularly reviewing purchasing prices with list suppliers, control and reduce the purchasing price to achieve the company’s saving target.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above, communication, electronic components, materials, or related fields industrial automation related education background.
- More than 5 years of purchasing experience, Familiar with the process and quality control of communication products.
- Good communication and coordination skills, Excellent in English.
- Familiar with SAP systems and quality management.
- Physically healthy and able to travel for work.
