Our client is a leading hospital in Thailand.
They are looking for a Marketing Manager. The marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s brand, increase patient engagement, and drive service line growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hospital’s strategic goals.
- Identifying target markets and creating tailored marketing campaigns to attract and retain patients.
- Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintaining and enhancing the hospital’s brand image and reputation.
- Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Developing and managing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Managing the hospital’s website content to ensure it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.
- Collaborating with clinical staff to create patient education materials and success stories.
- Planning and executing community outreach programs, health fairs, and other events to promote the hospital’s services.
- Developing partnerships with local organizations to enhance community engagement.
- Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and initiatives.
- Monitoring marketing expenditures and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Providing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a hospital, would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
